Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• At Dewan Inspire, we understand that circumstances may change after a program or training session has been booked.
  This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled for confirmed sessions and programs.

1. Cancellation by the Client or Organization:

• A client, institution, school, college, university, academy, institute, or corporate company may request cancellation of a confirmed session or training program. The applicable refund amount depends on when the cancellation request is received in relation to the scheduled session date.

2. Cancellation 3 Days Before the Session:

• If the cancellation request is received at least 3 days before the scheduled session or training date, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
  The refund will be calculated based on the amount actually paid for the cancelled session or program.

3. Cancellation Less Than 1 Days Before the Session

• If the cancellation request is received less than 5 days before the scheduled session or training date, 80% of the amount paid will be refunded.
  The remaining 20% is non-refundable and covers administrative, planning, coordination, scheduling, and other arrangements associated with the booked session.

4. Cancellation On Scheduled Session Date:

• If a cancellation or refund request is submitted after the scheduled session or training date, 70% of the amount paid will be refunded, subject to review of the booking and applicable terms.
  The remaining 30% is non-refundable.

5. Cancellation by Dewan Inspire

• If Dewan Inspire cancels a confirmed session and the session cannot be rescheduled, the applicable full refund will be processed according to the same cancellation terms stated in this policy, unless different terms were agreed upon in writing.
  Where appropriate, Dewan Inspire may offer an alternative session date or rescheduling arrangement.

6. Rescheduling

• Clients who are unable to conduct a session on the originally agreed date should contact Dewan Inspire as early as possible.
  Rescheduling is subject to trainer availability, scheduling, and mutual agreement between Dewan Inspire and the client. Any rescheduling arrangements will be communicated by the Dewan Inspire team.

7. Customized Programs

• For customized programs, institutional training, corporate sessions, workshops, or specially arranged programs, the cancellation and refund terms stated in the confirmed booking arrangement will apply.
  Unless different terms have been agreed upon in writing, the standard refund conditions in this policy will apply.

8. Refund Request Process

To request a cancellation or refund, contact the Dewan Inspire team and provide:

• Name
• Organization or institution name
• Session or program details
• Booking information
• Scheduled session date
• Reason for cancellation
• Payment details required for processing the refund
  The Dewan Inspire team will review the request and communicate the applicable next steps.

9. Refund Calculation

• Refunds are calculated on the amount actually paid for the cancelled session or program.
• Cancellation 3 days or more before the session: 100% refund.
• Cancellation less than 1 days before the session: 80% refund.
• Cancellation or refund request on the scheduled session date: 70% refund.

10. Important Conditions

• Submitting a cancellation or refund request does not mean that an additional amount beyond the applicable refund will be provided.
• The applicable refund percentage is determined by the timing of the cancellation request in relation to the scheduled session date.
• For bookings with separately agreed written terms, those agreed terms may apply.
