1.Enquiry & Reques
- Submitting the form is an enquiry/request for a Dewan Inspire program. It does not automatically confirm a booking.
2. Program Selection
- You are responsible for selecting the correct organization category, program, and program format when submitting the form.
3. Program Availability
- Program delivery is subject to trainer availability, scheduling, and mutual confirmation between Dewan Inspire and the organization.
4. Program Customization
- Program content, topics, activities, and delivery may be adjusted according to the organization’s requirements, audience, and learning objectives.
5. Contact & Confirmation
- Dewan Inspire may contact you using the provided email address or contact number to discuss program requirements, availability, scheduling, and other relevant details.
6. Organization Information
- You confirm that the information provided about yourself and your organization is accurate and complete.
7. Program Fee & Commercial Terms
- Where applicable, program fees, payment terms, and other commercial details will be communicated separately before final confirmation of the program.
8. Booking Confirmation
- A program will be considered confirmed only after the required arrangements and terms have been mutually agreed upon by Dewan Inspire and the organization.
9. Changes & Rescheduling
- Program dates, timings, or arrangements may be changed subject to mutual agreement and trainer availability.
10. Acceptance of Terms
- By checking the Terms & Conditions checkbox and submitting the form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Program Booking Terms & Conditions.
